Call for Papers
We are seeking submissions for in-person presentations, symposiums, and poster sessions as well as pre-recorded presentations and symposiums. Please be aware of the following important dates.
- The deadline for presentation and symposium submissions is due September 23, 2024.
- The deadline for poster presentations is October 4, 2024.
- Pre-recorded presentations must be submitted by October 15, 2024
- All presenters must register for the Conference by October 25, 2024.

Conference Theme
Our conference theme is “Experience, Story, and Trauma.” We will consider presentations not directly connected to the conference theme; however, preferential consideration is given to presentations relevant to the conference theme.
Conference Schedule
Friday, November 8, 2024: We will have several preconference workshops on Friday at the RMCHPA Building at 1767 S. 8th Street, Colorado Springs, beginning at 9:00 AM. After a break, we will have the Keynote Address, Awards Ceremony, and Poster Session at Mount Carmel Veterans Center at 530 Communication Cir., Colorado Springs (less then 10 minutes from the RMHCPA Building).
Saturday, November 9, 2024, we will have our conference at the RMCHPA building from 9:00-6:00 PM. We will have an hour and a half lunch break.
